Our award winning Orange Solaris. Yet slightly different.

Picked over a few hours on a sunny October morning in 2024, perfect Solaris grapes were crushed and left to macerate on their skins. It went wild. Wildly fermenting over four weeks, and on skins for almost ten months, this wine is the truest expression of English winemaking.

Proudly unrefined and unfiltered – and made without any additions, including sulphur - this wine shows natural sediment in the bottle, which adds texture, depth and complexity.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
